The workshop fees include:

workshop documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, ice breaker party, excursion and conference dinner. A fees reduction of € 50 is offered to participants selecting the "sustainable registration fees" which do not include neither printed abstracts nor merchandizing. CoDa Association offers a 2-year fee waiver (2023-2024) as a courtesy to you as a CoDaWork2022 participant. Students, retired people and sponsoring associations members can apply for a reduced fee, by sending a proof of their condition to (scanned membership card, university documentation, etc.). The accompanying person fee is intended for relatives coming with the attendee, and includes neither the workshop documentation nor regular access to the scientific sessions.

Grants: The CoDa Association sponsors five grants covering the registration fees to the workshop and the course. This call is addressed to students enrolled in a Master’s or a PhD program. Each applicant must also be author or co-author of an accepted abstract in CoDaWork2022 and present it at the workshop as poster or oral presentation. Refund policy: paid registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will be refunded with a cancellation fee of € 80 if a request is received in writing one month before the workshop (i.e. before May 28, 2022). Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e. NO Refund will be made).
