The workshop fees include: workshop documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, ice breaker party, excursion and conference dinner. CoDa Association offers a 2-year fee waiver (2027-2028) as a courtesy to CoDaWork2026 participants. Students, retired people and members of sponsoring associations can apply for reduced fee, by sending a proof of their status to treasurer@coda-association.org (scanned membership card, university documentation, etc.). The accompanying person fee does not include the workshop documentation nor regular access to the scientific sessions.

The Introductory Course fees include course documentation, coffee breaks, lunch and ice breaker reception on Monday.

 

Grants

The CoDa Association sponsors grants covering the registration fees of both workshop and course. This call is aimed at students enrolled in a Master’s or a PhD program. Each applicant must also be author or co-author of an accepted abstract at CoDaWork2026 and present it as poster or oral presentation. Refunding policy

Paid registrants who cannot attend, and do not send someone else in their stead, will get a refund including a cancellation fee of € 80 as long as this is requested in writing up to one month before the workshop start date (i.e. before May 2, 2026). Registrants will not be eligible for a refund after such date  (i.e. NO refund will be made).
