Workshop (early registration due by April 17, 2024)

The workshop fees include: workshop documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, ice breaker party, excursion and conference dinner. CoDa Association offers a 2-year fee waiver (2025-2026) as a courtesy to CoDaWork2024 participants. Students, retired people and members of sponsoring associations can apply for reduced fee, by sending a proof of their status to treasurer@coda-association.org (scanned membership card, university documentation, etc.). The accompanying person fee does not include the workshop documentation nor regular access to the scientific sessions.

Grants: the CoDa Association sponsors five grants covering the registration fees of both workshop and course. This call is aimed at students enrolled in a Master’s or a PhD program. Each applicant must also be author or co-author of an accepted abstract at CoDaWork2024 and present it as poster or oral presentation. Refunding policy: paid registrants who cannot attend, and do not send someone else in their stead, will get a refund including a cancellation fee of € 80 as long as this is requested in writing up to one month before the workshop start date (i.e. before May 2, 2024). Registrants will not be eligible for a refund after such date  (i.e. NO refund will be made).

Introductory Course (early registration due by April 17, 2024)

The Introductory Course fee includes: course documentation, coffee breaks, lunch and ice breaker party on Monday. 

Density Data Analysis (DDA: early registration due by April 17, 2024)

The in-person DDA satellite meeting fees include documentation, coffee breaks, lunch and CoDaWork2024 ice-breaker reception in the evening.

• For a private invoice you must provide name, complete address (street, number, city, postcode and country) and passport number.
• The information required when the invoice is for an organization is: organization name, full address of the organization (street, number, city, postcode and country) and, for European countries, VAT number if applies. 
• Administrative fee may be charged for an electronic invoice or other particular invoicing service required by the paid registrants.
