Council member

I am an Assistant Professor in Statistics at the Department of Statistics and Quantitative Methods, University of Milano- Bicocca, Italy, where I completed my PhD in Statistics. I hold a MSc in Economics from HEC Lausanne and a Certificate in Financial Asset Management and Engineering from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. My research interests relate to risk analysis and statistical distributions, particularly in insurance and finance. Recently, I have become involved with CoDa for problems of risk decomposition and attribution, and I had the opportunity to participate in my first CoDaWork in 2024 in Girona. I reallyappreciate the effort of all CoDa members to foster research collaborations and promote the use of CoDa methods in diverse fields. I would like to contribute to the diffusion of CoDa in economic research, promoting interactions and the exchange of ideasin contexts where these methods are less widely known and adopted.
